We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Grace Loves Lace pieces, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for our ready-to-wear collections and accessories. Please note that due to their bespoke nature, our made-to-order bridal gowns are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for ready-to-wear items.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
